Rebirth the Light

In the darkness is the bounty.
In the darkness is the treasure.
In the darkness are the answers.

The shadow is not to be feared.

It is the rich well of insight + information that you need in order to live a full, whole, true life.

In the shadows is the truth. Inside the shadow you come home to yourself.

Because inside the shadow, the light is reborn.
It is only from the deepest heart of the darkness that the light reemerges.

Do not be afraid of the unknown, of the mystery, of the darkness.
Do not be afraid of life rebirthing itself into new + powerful dimensions, in, as + through you.

The shadow, in all of its rich glory, is a necessary, essential, hand-in-hand companion of the light.

Both are good and holy and sacred and necessary.

It is your fear of the shadow, your unwillingness to sit in the unknown and your ravenous need to “know” and “control” that keeps you from actually embodying the wisdom that lives there.

Running from the truth of the unknown will eat you alive.

Throw back the curtains! Find your inner anchor in the wind.

Go into the heart of the shadows. Be rebirthed as light.
