L’Erin Alta has been called “a hand of the Goddess”. As Founder of Black Girl Mystic, she combines intuitive mystic principles with over 20 years of professional and personal healing arts experience to facilitate rich, life-transforming immersions.
A powerful, soul-led leader, L’Erin guides others in creating aligned, fulfilled lives and embodying uninhibited financial freedom by confidently and wholeheartedly being their full selves.
She has been on the US speaking circuit since 1991, having spoken at Microsoft, Spelman College, Smith College, Brave Girls Symposium, Georgia State University and many other notable schools and organizations.
A certified Forrest Yoga teacher, birth doula and Reiki master, L’Erin is also a trauma-informed practitioner trained in the art of compassionate, effective, non-violent communication. She is a student of Clarissa Pinkola Estes and the late Sobonfu Somé. L’Erin also has a daily Vipassana meditation practice as taught by Mr. S.N. Goenka of Mynmar.
