- Hiring domestic help who goes to the market and 6 days a week: cleans my house top-to-bottom, prepares 3 meals from scratch and walks my dog, is one of the most self-loving decisions I’ve ever made.
- Getting weekly 2-hour massages is one of the most self-loving decisions I’ve ever made.
- Firing one of my highest paying clients because the new organizational leadership didn’t value my contributions is one of the most self-loving decisions I’ve ever made.
- Closing down my old brand to create a sparkling new one that centers Black femmes, non-binary folk and women in creating wealth, ease and freedom is one of the most self-loving decisions I’ve ever made.
WE get to choose what works for us.
WE get to say yes to what we want.
WE get to say no to what we don’t.
We get to choose ourselves. Over + over + over again.
Because we were born worthy + nothing has changed.
