Then, sit. Breathe.

Connect to that unyielding, loving voice within — that part of you that has always seen, known and unconditionally loved you. That part of you that accepts and celebrates you EXACTLY as you are. That still small part of you that is always whispering, “I love you. You’re perfect. Thank you. I love you exactly as you are.”

Even if you haven’t heard this voice in a while, sit + breathe until you begin to feel its gentle rumbling in your belly.
Sit + breathe until your inner ear starts to hear its gentle whisper.
Sit + breathe, finding solace and peace in your own company and companionship.

Because there is nowhere else to be, no relationship more important than this one.
